Mindy, Ron’s sister-in-law, has been blessing customers with her voice for twelve years. She and Scott are the heart of the office, taking care of your phone calls, scheduling your quote appointments, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. Scott also brings his talents to our marketing, social media, and customer service programs, and keeps an eye on all of our painting projects and painters to make sure our customers have the best painting experience possible. Professional Home Consultants and Estimators

Alltus joined Guy Painting about 11 years ago and heads up our estimator team with Sean Mc Peak. Ron and Alltus are lifelong friends. They’ve been like brothers since the 3rd grade in Martinsville, over 42 years and counting! Both grew up raising animals and working the land – Ron’s family had a small farm, and Alltus’ family had horse stables. That is where their understanding of how rewarding a hard day’s work can be.

Sean has been with Guy Painting for 4 years and has over 10 years project management and painting experience. Both Alltus and Sean have the knowledge and experience to help you, by doing a thorough inspection of your home for carpentry and other issues we can address and put together a comprehensive repair, carpentry and painting quote for your home.

Quality Control

Mike Mazella started with Guy Painting in the very early days of the company and moved from Lead Painter to Quality Control (QC) Manager. His skills and abilities led him to the Scheduling and Production Manager position. He has been painting and training painters for over 21 years. And you would think he is Ron’s brother; they are so close.

Mike Watson has been with Guy Painting for over 7 years as our Quality Control (QC) Manager. He brings his skills from over 20 years of experience as a painting contractor, and he uses his talent to work with our customers and painters during the job to ensure proper prep, a quality finish, and customer satisfaction. He is an invaluable part of the team, and helps leads our painters and carpenters to ensure we’re taking the best care of your home. You can rely on him and Guy Painting to follow through with the proper prep and finish that will protect and beautify your home!

Guy Painting was fortunate to add Dave Eaton to the team about five years ago. In addition to his experience as a painter, he brings significant paint knowledge from his years of working for Sherwin Williams. He understands many application methods and materials, and uses his knowledge to assist customers with color selection and paint education. As a Quality Control (QC) Manager, he also uses his painting talent to work with our customers and painters throughout the painting process to ensure proper prep, a quality finish, and customer satisfaction.

Jason Russell joined Guy Painting a few years ago as our 3rd QC Manager. He is a talented painter and leader, who has over 10 years of painting and management experience. His knowledge of substrate prep and application methods helps us provide proper prep and long lasting quality paint jobs.

As you can see Guy Painting’s top priority is that you and your home receive the best service and experience that a painter can offer. We have 3 QC Managers, who’s total job is to work with our suppliers, carpenters, painters, sales team, office staff, and you to insure that what we say we will do gets done, and gets done right.

Continuing to Grow

Just this year, Guy Painting added a new team member, Nick Trees. Nick is family and we are happy to have him. He just finished his Masters at Union College in Kentucky. He has experience in many trades and has started the long process of training. He spent the last 7 months working on our carpentry team and is now on his 3rd month of painting with one of our painting teams. We expect great things as he continues to expand his knowledge and experience.

Teamwork, Experience, and Talent

Most importantly, our painters. We are very fortunate to have an awesome group of guys working with us. Collectively, they average over ten years of painting contractor experience. But, most gratifying, our painters collectively have been with Ron for over seven years.

We are a family-owned business, but more importantly, this management team is family. We genuinely love and enjoy working together with our painters and our customers.
